Opinion after one week of use. :-)) - The 4GB price for a 256GB model is inconsistent and does not inspire confidence. - First order (260€) cancelled, so new order at increased price (290€). - Then no news from UPS during the weekend, because as you should know, lorries in France don't travel on weekends, but it's not mentioned anywhere. + Finally I received it, and I had to look for signs of wear, so I can confirm that it's in perfect condition! - I had to do the updates, 5GB! But in 5G it goes pretty fast. + The comfort of Samsung for installation and data migration from my old A310 from 2016. + Just 1h30 of charging per day. Conclusion: -- A lot of stress at the time of purchase ++ Very satisfied with the condition received ++++ Very satisfied with Samsung and its A53 The refurbished Samsung A3/A5, 2 years after its release, is : + A reasonable price + Satisfactory quality + The assurance of repairability and new or used parts + A promise of 6 years' service, including 3 years' upgrades

Condition was graded as fair, I personally think it was excellent. Phone is in 100% working condition and all you could ever expect from a refurbished phone. I can thoroughly recommend BackMarket for quality electronic goods.

Leaving aside the delivery (which was fast, but the carrier was faulty), everything was perfect. The phone is as good as new, with no apparent defects on the casing or screen. I'm always worried about the state of the battery on refurbished phones, but here it seems to be just fine. Basic use (social networking, photos/videos, reading and music) I spend 1.5 days with it. I'm a bit disappointed with the camera, but I'll have to see with some adjustments...

Respect for the delivery date, phone expected = well received, only complaint (but not for backmarket!!!) would be the recharging of the battery much too long compared to my old phones. First experience of refurbished phones, not disappointed to date, see over the longer term with the after-sales service for example?

I waited to do a review, in order to properly check the functioning of the Samsung A53 5g 128 gb smartphone. Seemingly flawless, I experienced communication problems, which repeated in many calls, I noticed that the received signal suddenly comes and goes. Hence I have just made a service request, tomorrow morning I will deliver it to the DHL point of recount, hoping for a quick result so I will update the review immediately.
