Problem with first refurbished phone sent as SIM card reader not working. Very quick response to my complaint and return/replacement organised. Next phone sent was in good condition but not unlocked as described when purchased.

I have always been satisfied with backmarket on my last orders, but this time I was slightly disappointed by the reconditioning. In fact, in the settings menu, grey borders appear... When I switch the phone to landscape mode during a video, there is a slight crackling sound for 1 second... Nevertheless, the exterior looks good (as mentioned during the sale) and the phone works as expected.

No problems. Phone purchased in fair condition with no apparent faults. The only minor problem is that the s-pen does not stay connected. Although this is a recurrent problem with Samsung, it's a shame to have this problem on a product that's supposed to be in perfect condition from a hardware point of view.

Very happy with my purchase of a samsung note 10 plus. I brought the fair version as others were not available, however this one was excellent quality and very quick delivery. Will be back for more products.thankyou back 👍
