The smartphone ordered on 29/11 was delivered on 01/12, which was very quick. Compared to the new price, the asking price was very competitive, especially as the exterior was almost as good as new, with only the charger missing, as was clearly indicated in the description. For a 1st order of reconditioned equipment, it was quite a success, although it needed to be confirmed. After 1 1/2 months of use, I'm fully satisfied with my smartphone, although it remains to be seen how it performs over time, particularly with regard to the battery.

The phone arrived well packaged, on the exact day indicated and in excellent quality. It does not look reconditioned.

I ordered a Samsung galaxy note 20 5G the day before yesterday, it left Madrid and today it has already arrived!!! I DIDN'T BELIEVE MY EYES!!! ONLY ONE DAY!!! I was so afraid to open the parcel and find maybe a rifled smartphone, despite having ordered an excellent one. It is the first time I buy a refurbished. Guys AMAZING!!! LIKE NEW INDEED!!! It was a bit of a slog to set the keyboard and settings in Italian but that's normal. I've only been using it for three hours and it works great! The only flaw, I must emphasise is that it came with a single sim instead of a dual, despite what it said and how I would have liked it. But to avoid the hassle of sending it back etc.. Etc I'm keeping it that way, as I was lucky enough to have purchased a product that was GALACTIC in every way!!!

I only received my Samsung GN20 a few days ago, but I have to tell you that I am BLESSED by the device! To my eyes, I think it's ABSOLUTELY NEW! I hope there won't be any problems in the years to come. Well done BACK MARCKET !!!

Lovely phone I only like samsung note phones.easy to use brilliant photos wouldn't buy any other phone and this reconditioned phone is like new.

I received my Samsung Note 20 5g today. As I suspected, it was set to French. The delivery also came from France. The company is based in the Netherlands, do I need to understand that? Nope I was able to change it. The data transfer via switch also worked. As for the mobile phone itself, I ordered it in excellent condition, where scratches should be almost non-existent or very few. You can see them on the top and bottom edges. Since I got a new case with it, the mobile phone will always be in the case anyway, I'll overlook it. Order and delivery without any problems. For me personally, only excellent condition comes into question.
