I bought 2 Galaxy S7. They arrived the next day and I was surprised how good they looked. Perfect. One of them gave a "Moisture detected in USB port" warning for a day without apparently being exposed to liquids. It went away and everything works fine. Very satisfied. Best regards

Hello, the regional indication of the Android version must appear on the product description. It's a real pain trying to add the Samsung FR keyboard, which is not included in the Androïd 8.0 Nordic country package when initialising and which is unable to add languages. And the help centre has no response to this type of problem.

The status was good, I would say like new, my son has had it for 2 weeks but it works very well, very fluid scrolling, good listening, a small downside concerning the battery discharging a little quickly, but hey, he does not use it all day, yet a purchase that I do not regret for now, bravo.

It's all very well for the phone, once it's switched on, because it's rather reticent, and very often I have to try several times (but maybe that's just me). On the left, two small elongated buttons for the sound. The bottom one, which was there at the start, has disappeared, fallen off I suppose. The thing that bothers me the most, or rather the thing that makes me regret having chosen this phone, is the battery, which drains very quickly. I'd read your comments about new batteries and thought they were relevant, but at the rate this battery is discharging, I don't see how it can last two years, the length of the phone's warranty. Unless the battery is not included in the warranty? (You've just advised me to get help, but there's a problem)
