Delivery on time. Package well packed. The laptop corresponds to the description. I have recommended the site to others because I like the idea of being able to buy reconditioned and receive a good quality product.

This is the first time I've ordered a refurbished phone, and I'm delighted. The phone corresponds perfectly to my order, it's easy to use, it's in very good condition (just a small scratch on the bottom of the screen).

Product compliant. However, the smartphone is only delivered with the usb cable, without charger. I thought I was ordering a refurbished product in France, but it was delivered from Poland!

This device was German and so, of course, were the notifications. Very complicated to get started! Plus the battery is a bit weak. My old phone was just as good. What a shame! I regret this purchase a little but I'll live with it. Danielle

I had ordered the phone and a tempered glass. I did receive the TV, but it took me about a week to get the tempered glass, even though I hadn't heard anything about it! I just wish I'd been a bit more informed.

I received the item with a battery problem. It said there was a problem with humidity, but it had never been exposed to water. I then broke the screen, so no worries for you, even though I had pointed out long before that there was a charging problem and you had asked me for a photo of the phone, and I was in a clinic specialising in addiction, so I couldn't take photos of the item. I had changed charger to be sure that the problem came from the phone and the problem did come from the s9 then I broke the screen. All the best.

Impeccable so far. I'm very pleased with my purchase. However, the protective screen that I ordered with it seems too thick... as a result, writing a text message, for example, was painful... My previous smartphone bought on Back Market lasted 10 years (and it still works...) let's hope this one lasts a long time too...
