I'd never heard of Black Market before and I was a little unsure about ordering at first, but after seeing consistently competitive prices on the Galaxy Tablet I wanted I went for it. My tablet arrived very quickly and it was in excellent condition! I did opt for the best condition refurbished model and I couldn't tell it was not brand new, but it cost less than 1/4 of the price of a brand new one! I'm very happy and I'll be using them again, many thanks 😊

Item received in perfect condition, within the expected timeframe. The only problem was that the colour of the tablet was different from what was advertised, but in the end it wasn't too serious. I've been using it for over a week now and so far it's working fine. I'll have to wait and see. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a fast-charge charger in the parcel.

Device received as described (as new). Even if you look closely, it's hard to tell it's reconditioned. Very happy with my first experience with BackMarket.

Excellent product. Tested for more than a week and works very well, the battery holds the charge well. Original S-pen present. No noticeable scratches on either the frame or the screen. Supplied with 20W charger (not original). Good packaging.

Tablet works like new. Even after almost two years, I don't notice any signs of ageing. The only "flaw" is a fine, long scratch on the display. However, this does not interfere with use and is no longer visible at all after applying a protective film. Traces of use on the back have also disappeared after applying a protective cover. It's absolutely worth it for the big discount.

4.5 stars stars Honestly it's almost perfect! Great price, fast delivery, bought in good condition and in my opinion it fits the bill. I've been using it for a while now and it's really good but I'm not sure if I'll be able to use it again. The only fault is that we don't know exactly what damage is present on the device we're going to receive. (like I'd rather have a decent condition with lots of big scratches on the back and little nicks on the sides than a decent condition with a scratch directly on the screen). To sum up, I'm still very satisfied with my experience at Back Market :)

Feel good about this… it was In very good condition despite being called “fair”. It’s a present for someone else so we won’t know for sure till the new user gives it the final thumbs up but we have no reason to to worry so far.
