Absolutely perfect. Ordered the "good" condition watch but it's practically brand new. Very very very minor blemishes on the metal casing but barely noticeable.

The watch is practically brand new. Either I was lucky, or the refurbishment in this case was amazing. Package had clearly been opened (from new), and some of the plastic packaging holding stuff together was ripped, but the watch itself is in perfect condition. 100% recommended, and looking forward to my 3rd purchase 👍

Delivery was reasonably fast (shipping from Estonia to Germany), product as described/quality with small scratches, but everything within reason! I'm very happy with the product! Refurbished is definitely a viable option 👍

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro in very good condition. And it arrived in the same condition. Safely packaged and charged to over 90 per cent. So I was able to start setting it up and connecting it to my Fold straight away. What can I say, everything went smoothly and I'm delighted with my new smartwatch.

As expected, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 pro I ordered was delivered in very good condition, so no defects have been found so far. The delivery was very fast and reliable. The FedEx parcel tracking is a little irritating. The parcel is labelled as delivered when it is handed over to a local carrier and not only after it has actually arrived.
