As always with Back Market, the quality of the refurbished phone never ceases to amaze me. I bought an s22 ultra last year and it was immaculate. This time I bought a Google pixel 8 and it was STILL FACTORY SEALED in its original box with original shipping screen protector, charger and packaging. I saved about £300 on a brand new phone. I'm not even sure how they managed to do that. I will never buy new again.

I've always had an iPhone and didn't get on with the new Google Pixel 8 Pro. That's why I sent it back. But it was delivered super quickly, the device was in perfect condition and the whole process was great. Thank you very much and I'll be back again.

This will sound a bit like a paid for review, but I got a Google pixel 8 pro for under £700 and it is like a brand new phone. I can't fault it. I was unsure about going for a 2nd hand/refurb, but I genuinely will not buy a new phone again now.if you're considering it, just go for it. Worst case, you can return it within 30 days anyway.

It's perfect! Came really well packaged and works so well so far - you'd never know it was refurbished or pre-owned. Very happy with it

Needed a phone with a great camera and AI features for a work trip to southeast Asia. It's perfect for that! It does occasionally stutter and I have to wait for the it to catch up with commands during general use, but I think that's a flaw of the model.

The phone is very good, excellent condition, no scratches or anything. At first the box it came in was a bit dirty but in the end I didn't buy the phone because of the box. The only thing is that they have made a mistake and it is not really Dual-sim, even so I want to keep it because it is very good, the battery is durable is like new and the pixel is wonderful I had not had one before and I must say that even my friends with iPhone Pro are envying my camera haha.

I bought this in "fair" condition and honestly can't find a scratch on it. The phone looks and feels good as new. Excellent service and fast delivery. Would recommend to anyone looking for a flagship phone at a reasonable price.

Service was fantastic and phone was immaculate but did have to talk to customer service about an issue with the postage label for my trade in which was an absolute joke. Customer service rep didn't read a word I said and repeated what I was saying back to them.

Device in perfect condition, photo quality, screen, sound and navigation interface incredible. the integration of AI in the phone is a real plus and adds comfort to the use. a faultless
