The appliance was installed without any problems. My son-in-law is in the business and recommended this model to me. He even has a DVD burner. That's a plus for me compared to the CD generation! A few scratches on the bodywork. Nothing serious.

Perfect condition, works perfectly and comes with windows 11 pro. The hard drive has certainly been in the air for a while, so keep an eye on it (in perfect condition according to crystalclearinfo). I added 16GB and a second nvme SSD. So far so good. Perfect for my mini homelab use. I plan to get a second one as soon as possible. Would recommend.

Back Market's customer service is very responsive in the event of a problem and knows how to suggest an alternative solution. In my case, the product description and photos were different from the product I received (wifi and optional HDMI port missing). Everything was resolved with a small discount. Well done again!

Ordered and shipped correctly, everything ok

One of the main selling points for the HP EliteDesk800 was the wi-fi already installed on the computer. However, this was not available. The computer was a gift and unfortunately it would have been very difficult to return it. When I emailed Back Market about this, I was told in writing that I was "sorry" and that was that. It didn't matter that the promised service was not provided. I had to take care of the installation of a w-lan myself. For €250 more, I could have got a new, even better equipped computer and would have had less hassle and expense. I am cured of buying environmentally friendly refurbished equipment. Never again! Too bad, because the device was otherwise well set up, except for the conversation, which was partly in French!
