Hello, I am disappointed with the last item I ordered. Previously I ordered two refurbished computers. At the same grade. They were in much better condition than this one. This one has heavy wear marks, making the aesthetics really to be desired.

I'm not going to be picky because the computer works. BUT : - The packaging leaves something to be desired: the box was partly open. Fortunately nothing is missing. - For a "very good condition" that should have no traces, it is a little damaged on one corner and there are traces of sticker ... - The PC has NOT been reset. There's still some software (pack office, skype, zoom, spotify, VLC...) and I've even got a whole dropbox folder with a whole bunch of personal files from the previous owner! So the housework hasn't been done! That's the ABC of refurbishing...

Computer received quickly and well packaged. Left on the doorstep but the deliverers are very quick at Christmas... Everything seems to work fine, we'll see in use if the battery lasts despite the reconditioning. The only downside was the 'almost' QWERTY keyboard: some of the special character keys (such as arobase) accessible via 'Alt GR' were not where they were supposed to be on the keyboard. After searching, we found that the keyboard was configured in Belgian Azerty (this is no joke), so we had to adapt the Windows settings. It now works.

Very happy customer! I am very pleased with my purchase, what a bargain. The specs of the laptop are amazing for the price. I was about to buy a brand new laptop with lower specs for 4x the price of this used laptop. I paid for 'excellent' condition and the laptop is in perfect condition, except for a small blip on the screen that is noticeable only when the screen is completely black. I'm not going to complain, I was expecting worse and it's still an amazing deal. Other than that it's in pristine condition and working very well, I've had it for just under a week. Will be using back market for all my tech purchases going forward, why pay more?

I liked this laptop because I can work well on my projects, and it's transportable in a bag that I can use, and it's brand new. Frankly, I don't regret buying this laptop.

I received the order quickly. Very well packaged and protected. The computer is in very good condition and works very well for the moment, to see in time. I am very satisfied with this order which corresponds to my expectations.

the computer works very well and can run powerful software and games, it was as good as I expected. only problem: the file explorer bugs and doesn't work randomly anymore, doesn't change anything to the experience but can be very annoying. Apart from that, the computer is great.

In a hurry to tide me over and to see what I could do, I bought myself a really cheap little PC! With a one-year warranty, I figured that for the price I wasn't risking anything. And I'm delighted with my purchase, it provides exactly the services I was looking for. So I went ahead and bought myself a tablet 👌 I approve 100%.
