The item works fine but I can't get the time etc to display correctly through the case window (I liked this feature and chose the Huawei P20 for it). I may not have found the correct procedure - could you help?

Everything is going very well, the mobile phone I have chosen is more than satisfactory for my needs. I am delighted with my purchase, thank you for your reconditioning service.

Phone was OK it was just really hard to put everything on it Google, WhatsApp, email etc I bought my mum this one expecting it to be really easy to set up like mine last week HUAWEI to HUAWEI but it wasn't easy like mine. Anyway got there after 6 hours messing about.

I had exactly the same phone so I was able to compare. Everything seems really impeccable, with only a slight problem with the keys. Sometimes you have to press harder or reinsert the key for it to be taken into account. I don't know if it's a slight defect in the phone or if it's the glass that's causing the problem. I'll keep an eye on it to see if the problem doesn't get worse.

Quite satisfied with my purchase. However, the phone didn't work properly after 6 months: impossible to pick up during incoming calls, impossible to hang up during outgoing calls. The banner appears at the top of the screen, but no action is possible. The touch screen is working properly though. I contact the service department

package well received with phone inside ^^ a charging cable as promised, the phone is as shown in the photos, now I just have to try it out when my daughter opens her Christmas present.

It's a Huawei with Google and it's indestructible!

The P20 lite is the phone that I want for playing my music from the sdhc, although it is well made and it came in pristine condition unbelievable! Thanks guys well done! Ciro
