After a month of use, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Like new. The only downside is that I bought a dual sim and received a single sim... Unfortunate for the traveller in me who uses several sims at the same time and I didn't have the time to report it to have it changed before my departure. Apart from that the phone is great, I'd recommend it.

I am writing this review 4 years after buying my Huawei p20 Pro. What can I say, outstanding! Assuming that I always keep my phones with care (don't drop them, try not to let the battery drop below 20% etc.), my huawei is still as good as new! It doesn't give the slightest sign of breaking down. EVER. And it's always on. I've only turned it off once or twice.... I can only recommend Backmarket. Super experience. I'm very happy with the phone. Slightly cheaper than if i bought it brand new, but this is good for the planet, and supports a business at the same time. I loved the way it was packaged, right down to the keys provided to get the sim tray out. If i ever get phoned out again, i would definitely consider using Back Market.

P20 pro purchased in perfect condition, as expected. A small downside is that the screen has been changed and is not super adapted to it > logo next to the camera slightly hidden, and the 4 corners very rounded compared to normal

Last P20 pro was dropped and unrepairable - internal damage. This one won't upload because laptop thinks it is the old P20 pro which it reckons was corrupted in its fall. Can you suggest a remedy. Chris Chapman

friends from Back Market, I trust you so much, given several previous purchases that were always satisfactory, that I made this order in advance to take it to my daughter in Brazil...where I won't be going for another two months, so for the moment I have no opinion, the items are in their boxes.... and have arrived safely at home!

Mobile phone was as described and in order. after approx. 6 months the battery began to bulge. my first message was not responded to. When I asked again, I got answers but no solution. I was told to go to a specialist dealer and get a quote there... In my opinion, this is not my job, if I sell something that doesn't work properly, I as the seller or dealer have to take care of it. Not the customer ... Poor service, no more purchases here...

I am very satisfied with back market in general (9/10). This is my 2nd purchase from you of a p20pro 128go but the 1st seemed more reliable, it held the charge better. This one has regular bugs. I've been using it for a while now and it's really good. . It may be from the series.
