Great quality, quick delivery.

Both the processing of the order and the delivery by courier has been correct, complying with what was announced. Regarding the iPad mini (2019) 5th gen, the device is in a very good condition. The battery responds very well, both when charging and when used in energy saving mode. The device is delivered absolutely formatted from previous data, with no record of pre-delivery activity. I needed a simple iPad that wasn't the latest generation, and this model more than meets my expectations and needs. The price is also very reasonable. This is the first time I have bought through this platform. Everything has been satisfactory. Recommended, at least, with devices that are labelled in "very good" or "excellent" condition. I can't give my opinion on other condition categories.

This was delivered in good time, the refurbished product is as good as new, it looks great and it works fine with decent battery life, as per new. Honestly no complaints and it baffles me why you'd need to buy new kit with services as good as this! Thanks Back market!

Didn't want to spend £100s on a replacement mini iPad for my daughter so got a reconditioned one. Very happy with it. The smashed one still functioned so we were able to transfer everything and she's delighted with it. I spent the extra to get a 'good' condition and, apart from a small dink, it's perfect.

Ordering was fast, except in Finland About customs there was no previous information Otherwise the product was like new Although the charging cable and charger were not compatible ( pedal and wall plug ) Included as a bonus was a leather protective case

Very satisfied with my purchase. The iPad Mini 5th gen (2019) arrived quickly. There was the charger and even a protection on the screen and a shell which was not expected, unless I was mistaken. Despite being purchased with the lowest condition grade, it arrived in very good condition. I don't know if the battery has been changed, but it still has very satisfactory autonomy. I have nothing to say. This purchase encourages me to recommend this seller.

The Ipad arrived in perfect condition. The charger is not compatible with the standard plugs... but that's not important. I charged the battery with another Apple charger. As I have everything in Icloud, all the information and applications are transferred to the new Ipad without any problem. I am very happy with the purchase

I placed my first order for this product. Everything went well, but after a week the main button no longer worked. I sent the Ipad back and was refunded without any discussion. This is my second iPad. Order arrived safely, product conformed and everything went smoothly. I would recommend it.

Hi, I only use my iPad very periodically, and have now only just noticed a large scratch and two smaller scratches on the screen. I realise I have had the iPad for a few months, but am concerned should I wish to sell on in the future, that these scratches could affect the value. Thanks
