Had a small mix up but they were quick to fix it.

The packaging was bad and the battery dont last long as excellent it suppose to work like new 🤦🏾‍♂️

I am delighted with my MacBook Air bought with Oney, I had already bought an iPad from BackMarket and it held up well I am not sceptical of refurbished products provided they are good. I might consider buying other Apple products from BackMarket (23/09/2024)

Really great service, I ordered a refurbished MacBook Air 13 inch (2017) with 128GB of storage but I was sent one with a higher spec and 256GB of storage. Working really well so far, although slower than a new model as expected, and definitely worth the price.

The MacBook Air I received does the job, but it shuts down without warning (the battery icon is still a third 'full') and the battery really doesn't last long: in fact, it says 'recommended repair' when you click on the icon. Why wasn't this done? Of course, a reconditioned product is cheaper than a new one. I chose this option for environmental reasons, but if I have to repurchase a product more often than I buy a new one (my previous MacBook, bought in 2015, still works, but I couldn't install my software on it), I don't really see where the 'progress' is, you get into the system in the same way as with new products. I don't really trust this one. We'll see, fingers crossed!

I was really apprehensive to buy a refurbished MacBook but it's safe to say I am beyond happy. I got a "good" condition 2019 MacBook Air and it's amazing. Barely any ware on it! Incredible condition. Works perfectly. If you're unsure about buying from here I say don't be! Really happy and will 100% be using back market in the future

After 1 month's use, I can confirm that the internal speakers only worked every other time, even disappearing from the sound outputs in the settings menu. It's a shame. ----------- Product highlighted in the "Good Deals" by Back Market, perfectly in line with expectations. 2nd MacBook Air ordered via the same refurbisher, 2 months apart (the 1st was a gift for my father, the second was for me): both perfect.

I have to say, it was my first time ordering from Back Market and at first I was a bit sceptical about refurbished devices, but I picked up my MacBook yesterday and I'm really surprised and happy. Now I can start my dissertation. The condition of very good has been exceeded. I don't think the device has any flaws and is closer to excellent condition
