Ordered a Macbook Pro Core i7, received it in 2 days, great delivery by DHL courier, but sadly and frustratingly it wasn't i7 which obviously i paid more for, it was core i5 and it didn't have an SSD drive as it was supposed to have. DHL'd back for a full refund - :(

Amazing laptop!! It’s perfect, works really good!

It’s a good machine overall it works perfectly but I was expecting something with better physical appe perhaps having hadchosen fair quality.

I bought a reconditioned 2019 macbook pro 15" retina I7, 6 core, I couldn't make a better choice. Impeccable computer, really great with the touch bar which I like so much even though in the higher models they removed it. Everything in perfect condition, like new! And received 4 days ahead of estimated delivery date. Great!!!

I have to admit that I was very pleasantly surprised and quite happy with my purchase from Back Market! Having always been a fan of new from new, I never thought I'd one day take the plunge and buy refurbished. I should have done it a long time ago! The MacBook Pro I bought is in almost new condition. It's great! My old 2015 Macbook Pro can now "retire". The "new" refurbished Macbook 2019 is just a gigantic upgrade. The delivery was exorbitantly fast (came with FedEx - literally overnight). Super packaged. Macbook very clean on the outside, runs flawlessly, fast and quiet. Battery performance normal. The "very good" condition is very satisfactory - I didn't find a single scratch. I can't tell you how happy I am about it. I'd be happy to use it again.

First experience with BackMarket. Excellent price/quality offer. Purchased in excellent condition refurbished MacBook Pro with slight smudges (glue residue or similar), a dent in the back of the screen casing which I did not expect but which does not disturb use. One keypad without backlight (arrow at the bottom) but also passable. Touchbar perfect and screen without a scratch.

This MacBook Pro was purchased by my oldest daughter who just loves it , it’s fast and looks cool . What more can I say your Backmarket stuff has helped my family out a lot with great first class refurbished technology.
