it came i noticed controller was dirty a bit also triggers feel sticky even i payed for good as new but over all it good and im enjoying it good product i recomended it

It takes forever to send items back for repair its been weeks and it's not even reached the destination yet

The purchase was simple and the delivery was fast. It's impossible to tell the difference between new and reconditioned, apart from the absence of the original packaging. Everything works perfectly well and I'm reassured by the 12-month warranty. I'm very satisfied with my new purchase and my experience on backmarket.

Perfect quality product (comparable to a new product) Zero signs of wear, zero scratches, the console is working perfectly so far. This is the first time I've bought a refurbished product and so far I'm not disappointed.

disc tray was stuck upon first use but a good tap on the top of the xbox unstuck it and everything works perfectly. Don't try to get a refund if this happens to you, it's likely an effect of transport. The only thing I have as a slight negative is the fan is really loud but that's just the vintagesness of the 360. Bought myself a bunch of games I had on my Xbox 360 slim so that I could carry on playing them.

I had ordered from BackMarket before and had always selected the excellent condition option... but this time I was really surprised; the refurbisher had the nice gesture of (apart from delivering a console in stunning condition, boxed and all original) including Xbox Live and Gold redeemable cards in the box. It arrived earlier than expected and included all the necessary cables and the controller with new batteries. I honestly feel I paid very little for what I received (must be because I'm used to other types of refurbishments). So yes, I would highly recommend it. 1000000/10

Order received before the estimated time and Xbox + controller in the box, that's great! However, I received the console and controller in VERY dirty condition and the power cables weren't all there, no hdmi cable and no cable to recharge the controller. I can understand that this is a refurbishment, but it's unpleasant to have to scrub it as soon as you receive it.

received on time, in the original box and in great condition :-) I'm talking about the Xbox and not the box, I recommend it despite the fact that I didn't buy it reconditioned. It's as good as if I'd bought it in a new shop but at a better price.

Basically brand new, works really well and very responsive! Only negative is that audio keeps cutting out every few minutes for a few seconds or so, might just be a Microsoft fault, I’m not sure. Otherwise, very good deal!
