First time I've bought from here and first time I've purchased a second hand tech item. I am so pleased with the Surface Pro 4. Good condition, as described. Fast and efficient service. Really impressed.

So it's okay... The delivery was super fast, and the device is in perfect condition except for the keyboard (large stains on the fabric). The device was delivered with Windows 10 and a local user is logged in, unfortunately I had to do a reset because you can't log in with a Microsoft account. I think this should be solved differently, as older people who don't understand this may have to contact support unnecessarily. Otherwise I can only recommend it

I was looking for a laptop for personal use, for basic tasks such as accessing email and doing research. I found an attractive option in the Microsoft Surface at an affordable price that allows me to reduce my ecological footprint. However, I've had some problems with the keyboard, as several keys don't register the letter when pressed and you have to apply more force.

Very pleased with my Microsoft Laptop. Delivery well packaged so no damage. I thought it came with Microsoft Office so a bit disappointed, but perhaps I was expecting too much. But very well pleased with the product.

I am delighted with my Microsoft Surface laptop! It arrived very quickly and we set it up immediately. It seems very good quality with reasonable battery life especially if I don’t have the brightness too high. A great purchase and such prompt delivery.

The computer is of good quality, but there is a problem with the display, with a vertical line appearing regularly (see photos attached). This line always appears in the same place (left of the screen)

Laptop looks and works as advertised. Really recommend the seller for transparency on the condition and performance of the laptop. The laptop did not come with original box, but that's okay as it nicely packaged with all the accessories mentioned in the order. Buying a the end of 2024, these 2019 laptops are still well built, functional, and snappy. :)
