The laptop looks almost brand new with little or no marks, but I'm still yet to find out about the laptop battery. Delivery was super fast. This has restored by trust in Backmaket and ill definitely buy again.

Paid for excellent condition, but I suspect I received Good to Fair. Comes with stickers over the keyboard and the front of the laptop which look good but I wonder what they are hiding. From what I can see there are scratches and minor dents, and the alcantara looks like it's been peeled off and stuck back on again. No stains or damage that are in the way of anything. The laptop also gets warm relatively easily, which might be a problem in the long run. I've given 4/5 as for my needs it works fine and arrived well packaged. But I mention the problems for those who might have more of an issue with them.

Ja ich war etwas überrascht als das Paket angekommen ist. Ich habe ein original verpacktes noch nie benutztes Gerät erhalten. Absolut positiv überrascht und hoffe das ich eine weile Spaß mit dem Gerät haben werde.

Amazing, no damage or scratches whatsoever (condition: very good) and in perfect working order. Feel like I've got a brand new laptop for a tiny price!! And it even came early, and wrapped up like new in the box with a charger. I'm chuffed

I hve never personally bought anything from back market but when my friend suggested it and said he had bought a few electronics over the years, I thought lets try it out and that there would always be an option to return if needed. I am SO pleasantly surprised about this laptop, looks and feels like it has never been used. Haven’t had the chance to use it properly yet, we have only set it up but it definitely looks very promising!

Item arrived with an American keyboard (layout is slightly different from UK), but was in excellent condition. Contacted the seller and all their items have American keyboards. They come with the American and UK charger. This really should be made clear in the listing, especially as the photos are not of the laptop they list (the listed laptop is the one that arrives). The reason I give 4/5 instead of something lower was because it was well packaged, in excellent condition and the seller offered a free return with full refund so I consider my issues rectified.

Purchasing process went well. Device was clean and well packed. Only issues were that secure boot and the WIFI were disabled out of the box, which complicated the installation process, since I could not set up using my MSA and needed to go to the EUFI/BIOS menu to enable it. All fixed now, and happy with the result

Ordered on Friday, arrived on Saturday (earlier than expected and with only two hours notice so we weren't in). Physical condition fine. Appeared to work well on Monday but completely refused to boot up on Tuesday. Back Market tech support no help: they repeatedly suggested I try fixes I had told them I had already attempted then just stopped replying. No video appointments available for three days. Appears the OneDrive synch has also failed so all the work I did on Monday has been lost and I am now unable to work as I don't have a functioning laptop. Apparently I have to wait 7-10 days for a repair with no suggestion of how I am meant to complete any work in the meantime. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I wanted to buy refurbished as I see a lot of tech go to waste, but this experience suggests it is totally unreliable for 'mission critical' items. I tried to give it a rating lower than 3 stars because it really doesn't matter if the packaging was any good if the item doesn't work, but I refuse to lie and apparently Back Market like to massage their ratings.
