I received the device before the expected date, and was doubly surprised by all its features, an affordable price for this type of device, easy to use, very correct for a reconditioned device, I have nothing to complain about.

Purchased Lumix DMC-FZ1000 Bridge Camera, really like new and paid less than half price. Tested it, although not yet exhaustively, it seems to work really well. I don't give full marks because it's my first experience with BlackMarket, but also because I suggest a better packaging for the shipment, the camera was simply wrapped in a plutiball sheet. Site nevertheless recommended!

Product is true to the photos and information presented on the site, very fast delivery time. The lens is as good as new (aperture cap + lens hood included). To date, following 'normal' indoor and outdoor use (average of 20/30 photos/day), no problems have been encountered, and all the functions of this lens are operational.

Like the previous delivery: fast and smooth arrival. The lens is solid, bright and sharp (especially from f/.2); no noticeable vignetting, no chromatic aberrations... a "normal" and contained distortion for a 15mm (MTF) with the "Leica" label. One (minor) question: was the supplied lens hood broken on the screw thread and not the original one?

The refurbished product was supplied in its original packaging with instructions, battery and charger. No trace of shock, no scratches on the device. What a great offer!

Frankly, I'm very happy with the BackMarket experience! The parcel was delivered a little early, packaged with great care and the item was as described. I haven't yet used the Panasonic Lumix to its full potential, but I'm sure I'll be in for some pleasant surprises.

The camera arrived in excellent condition with all the accessories. I also bought a camera bag. The price is very fair, the product is a powerful and versatile model for me as an amateur. My first bridge camera, I am very satisfied. Delivered quickly and safely. The French instruction sheet is supplemented by the multilingual instruction manual on CD. Plus several youtube films on the internet. Perfect.

Camera like new! With its enormous zoom, I can take photos of the craters on the moon! There are so many ways of taking photos that I get lost. I'm going to learn. I'm also going to get a second battery and a charger for longer outings. And the strap to hold the lens cap is missing. I'll have to find a solution, it's not practical to keep it in your hand or pocket. It's easy to forget or lose.

Fast and efficient delivery. The device was correctly packaged. One drawback is that it lacks a usb charging cable, but this is compensated for by a 2nd battery (with charging shoe) + carry bag.
