The phone was absolutely perfect & was like brand new. The size is just right & it is light in the hand. An excellent purchase & l am quite happy with the price paid. I would definitely recommend Back Market for purchasing of used electronics. Five star service all around.

I've used Back Market before, and didn't hesitate to use them when I wanted a new phone. I ordered my new phone on one day, and it literally arrived the next, looking brand new and in the most excellent condition. I'm really happy with my new phone and next time I need any new tech, I'll be using Back Market.

I have received the phone... At the moment I don't know how it is, because the charger that came with it, but without a plug, is not a suitable charger... in the last two and a half hours the phone has only taken 10 per cent of the charge... This is the first time I have received a phone without the charger that goes with it...😨

The Galaxy A23 5G 128GB Unlocked that I ordered arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It works very well and the photos are of good quality. I have nothing to complain about.

I bought the 'excellent' grade, which should have no scratches on the screen, but I found myself a smartphone with several scratches on the screen, even deep ones, one visible when the screen is switched on.

First time buying a reconditioned phone. Granted that gadgets are not my thing and I take no joy in changing phones, setting up computers etc. this was more cumbersome than I had hoped. I had expected the phone to have been wiped and ready to set up 'as new', instead it was full of stuff, all of it in Korean (all settings etc seem to be geared towards Korean) so it's taking me hours and a lot of frustration to make this work for me. Phone itself looks ok but not sure I'll be back or even keeping this phone.
