Very impressed with the phone I received (it is a Samsung S23). My first experience of buying a refurbished phone, and I'm glad I did. Runs like new and in excellent condition.

Phone came in excellent condition - as promised! i was a little nervous about getting a refurbished foldable, but as soon as i got my hands on it i realized i was worried over nothing. The delivery time was also impressively quick :)

great phone, like new. the only problem I have us when I was ordering I looked up the specs and it said it was a G988b, which is the European version firmware. I wanted this because I had already bought the same phone from refurbed.ie and they sent me a G988u1 phone, the problem was it's on US Firmware and I could not get it to update to latest firmware. they took it back and promised me a replacement but never followed through. this phone even though it's set to USA region firmware has updated ok, but only downside it's only got American English version. I think you should only sell phones that have regional based firmware to the same firmeare region. for example I should have received a Gʻ988B phone.

I had done my homework on Back Market, who the CEO was, checked LinkedIn and verified the company registered number in France prior to purchasing. Was easy to purchase once I made the decision on which phone. Tge options were plenty, purchased online, item was delivered and payment was made. I had phone for a few days before setting up, the usual smaetcswitxh situation and ensuring all items were backed up before transferring. Once I'd switched over to the new phone all has run smoothly. Battery life seems to be okay, a lot better than my previous phone, new phone came with USB/C end charging cable. Condition of the phone was super, looked brand new and I'd selected for my purchased tge middle option (think it said 'good'). All said I have been pleasantly surprised by the experience. Excellent all around. Site was easy to use and kept me informed of postal delivery etc. I got two o hones and they are both excellent. The description was right on the mark and I will be definitely using thus site again.

I purchased the Galaxy S21 Ultra 512GB model in good condition and it did arrive in good condition indeed. Screen - mint condition. I'm very happy, only thing is I had to get a fast charger for it. Also, battery is somewhat average but in fairness I didn't expect it to be much better anyway (lasts about a day with medium usage). Shopping experience was absolutely fantastic 👌 💯 I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered on 23 Jan, arrived on 25th Jan! The phone was packed really securely and is exactly as described at a good price, looks absolutely like new! Still getting used to all the phone features and really happy with my purchase. Would recommend and will definitely use Back Market again should the need arise! 5* service all the way!

Yes, the S22+ I ordered was indeed awesome, but not as good as my 2nd favourite rugby team in world, which is France 🇫🇷 - #1 is Ecosse. From ordering to receipt+quality everything was perfect. The vendor even put it in a beautiful presentation box. It was a gift for my wife - she loves me again. Merci x
