I doubt that the iPad case I received was second-hand/reconditioned (the packaging looks more like that of a shop) but the product was compliant and delivered on time despite my late order during the Christmas period.

It's okay, but I was expecting a sturdier material, and if you want good protection I wouldn't recommend it because it's basically plastic, so if your iPad falls it could be damaged.

Quite a good product. The grip on the sides of the tablet (where there are holes for the sound and so on) is a bit "light" but it does the job. The blue isn't as nice as it looks in the photo, but that's just a detail.

Very good quality product, this is the second item I purchased and not disappointed, please don’t drop your standards because when you receive the item ordered it feels like a band new item and that’s why people would be happy to pay the price. You don’t sell items below par always in 1st class condition.

The delivery was made on the scheduled day, and as I was unable to be present, the parcel was left in my letterbox, which was convenient for me as the relay points proposed by the carrier were far away and not very easy to access. The product is in very good condition. The only downside was that I hadn't noticed that the case didn't have a slot for the Apple pencil.

Having previously bought an iPhone 11 and had no problems, (it still has no problems) I needed a new iPad but could not afford a new one, so turned again to Back Market and bought an iPad 9th Gen. No regrets again, looks brand new and works like it’s brand new. Really pleased. Thanks, Terry Curtis

It looks great and does the job. However, it's extremely thin and the fact that it covers the Pencil's attachment point means that it doesn't stick very well. As a result, it fell off several times before I was forced to find another solution.

Nice, solid casing. The only problem is with the volume controls: the buttons get stuck and I had to carefully cut out the thermoformed plastic above them. Now everything works.

Perfect condition. I ordered it at the same time as my iPad. There's just a bit of plastic lint. But it's nothing, I even think it's an original defect. Excess material from the factory.
