I was very happy with the Thermomix, only the colour was supposed to be white and was a beige, which doesn't fit into my white kitchen at all, what a shame! The idea of the Back Market is great and the order and dispatch were also great.

It's a shame the food processor didn't come with instructions. I had quite a hard time opening the lid and had to buy a recipe book to start using the food processor. Otherwise, I'm slowly getting the hang of it.

The thermomix asks for updates in a loop... each time it performs the same updates but they don't seem to be saved because when it restarts it starts again with an update... it's a loop.

Ordered and delivered without any problems, as expected. As far as the THERMOMIX ordered was concerned, all the accessories were in perfect condition and replaced with new ones. The only small problem was with the description of the condition of the item. Described as "in excellent condition", the cracks and burn marks on the front of the appliance were not mentioned. Admittedly, this is more aesthetic than functional, but it would have been useful. I'm delighted with my purchase.

I have bought twice here? The first time was ideal, the second time we had to return the robot but they sent another one quickly. They were quick to reply and to solve the problem. I will buy here again.

Hello, I have just received my order. I would like to point out that the spatula with the safety disc and the user guide are missing. I haven't tried the appliance yet. So I can't comment on its overall performance. I've put the stars randomly so that my message gets through. I'll be able to tell you more later. Even if the box wasn't in very good condition, the inside was well protected. Sincerely

I was recently able to give this Thermomix in "good" condition a new home. Overall, I am very happy with the appliance, it works perfectly. The only points of criticism: the mixing bowl was not well cleaned and had to be thoroughly cleaned again and the accessories had a very unpleasant chemical odour, but this disappeared after a wash in the dishwasher. I would also like it if you could see straight away which accessories are included. This appliance was missing a standard accessory, which fortunately can be bought for a few euros, but it came with a special accessory that you normally have to buy separately. Of course I was pleased about that. I would definitely buy it here again.

Vorweck tm5 product received quickly and in very good condition. I was missing an accessory but the support team dealt with the problem in a professional and attentive manner, going further than I would have expected. Well done and thank you!

On the whole, I am very satisfied with the delivery and the appliance. Only the scales don't work properly and show distorted results. However, this doesn't bother me too much as I only use the integrated scale very rarely.
