The product received was great and in perfect condition. No scratches and it is working as new. More or less 2 months after receiving it I had a problem with the battery, the phone did not recognise it was being charged. I sent it for repair, and I received a new refurbished phone within a week. It appears to be working perfectly.

I am very pleased. I had the impression of receiving a brand new phone, apart from the packaging of course, but the packaging was very clean and the phone was well protected. Excellent! The order arrived ahead of time and the phone is perfect!!! not a single mark on it!!! I ordered it in excellent condition and it has been. The battery is at 85%, but that's normal for a refurbished phone. I could not create a new Apple ID because it is a refurbished phone and I had to find a way to do it on another device. Very happy, I'll be back.
