The order processing, packaging, delivery and also the iMac were great! The fact that the power adapter, keyboard and mouse are listed together as the scope of delivery at least suggests that all three items are also from Apple. However, this only applies to the power adapter. The keyboard and mouse are of the very worst quality and have to be replaced immediately. That doesn't fit together at all. A very good customer experience up to that point is unnecessarily ruined. Either don't add anything or add original items. It gives the impression that (in contrast to other refurbished providers) a higher price is being charged here because Apple accessories are included - but this is not the case. That's a shame and not good for you and your image. You should check if anyone reads this. VG

Order and despatch quick and easy. The iMac is in first-class condition. However, when the computer including keyboard and mouse is offered, I expect Apple products (preferably refurbished). Instead, the device comes with absolutely cheap products. I have still not been able to connect the keyboard to the Mac. Neither via Bluetooth nor with a cable. This should not be the case and leads to a devaluation!

Hello back Market, I've called on you several times now to buy computer equipment (tablet, MacBook, phone). This time, I needed to replace my 2011 iMac and I naturally turned to you. My experience has been mixed. My iMac arrived equipped with a new keyboard and mouse, which made me sweat. I almost sent the whole thing back to you because it was impossible to pair the keyboard and start the Mac. After two days of unsuccessful attempts, I had the presence of mind to plug in my old wired mouse and pair up my old Apple keyboard from 2011 and there it was: miracle, the Mac starts up. In the end, I end up with a new keyboard and mouse that I'll probably never use, and I'll have to spend £100 on a new compatible keyboard if I want to continue using my two iMacs while I finish transferring my data. In fact, the real price of a functional refurbished iMac is not as good as a new one, as it is for a MacBook, for example (no need to buy a keyboard). What's more, by choosing refurbished products, you're trying to avoid over-consumption, and now I've got a brand new keyboard and mouse that I can't use, and I'm going to have to dispose of them. Excellent seller. My MacBook Pro 14" perfectly protected, the packaging is done professionally, even better than the packaging from Apple. The laptop was indeed in excellent condition and even better, I would way it was completely new. I am so happy to have chosen this seller (adognicosto) great people, excellent service. Absolutely perfect! My first refurbished order, I was very, very scared when I saw some of the comments on the platform or retailers, but nothing to report! I'm even wondering if the iPad hasn't just come out of an Apple shop, no visible defects or scratches, I checked everything: battery, sound, perfect quality, clean packaging. Admittedly the seal containing the iPad was open, but I think that's due to the repackaging! The charger is generic but works well! Very relieved and pleasantly surprised thank you, I recommend! I bought an iPad Pro from back market because I thought why not a refurbished one. I've heard good things about back market (Given that I bought a new iPhone 14 in a Swiss Apple shop (Basel) which always had a sound problem and which they didn't exchange under warranty even after several complaints! So I wasn't wrong at all.... It is like NEW fast and careful delivery from a back market reseller in Italy, secure payment, It is more economical and it works very well I recommend apple product and I will order again on back market.

Hi, I'm a bit disappointed to see that the keyboard and mouse are not original. I don't remember reading that in the product description. Is it possible to change these items?

Device ordered as excellent, but must rather be described as very good, as 2 flaws are noticeable. At least for me. Otherwise everything is great.
