The choice isn't easy, given the number of models on offer. I don't regret having chosen a Dell Core I5, which is very fast, after having used a reconditioned Dell I3 for several years, but very slow in the end. There are 3 downsides to my satisfaction (which I'll mention elsewhere): 1- when the power socket is switched on, the computer turns on and then shuts down within 2 seconds, so I have to switch it back on using the front panel switch. 2- The drive drawer doesn't open by itself, so I have to help it. 3- burning audio CDs makes a terrible noise (but it works...)!

It arrived in a well packaged box with its power cable. The specs are as expected and it runs great. It is in virtually pristine condition, with no scratches or dust traces inside. It stays at 4 stars because the rest of the added components are not of great quality, but the tower itself is as it should be.

A PC at a great price and in good condition. The only "problem" was a small gap in the power cable connection (I solved it by putting a cardboard shim), but apart from that, no other complaints. Fast and timely delivery, as well as remarkable care in the packaging of the product. My first experience with Backmarket and Amso, and I'm very satisfied with the service.

delivery time and overall tracking a little less efficient than for the other items in the order, but packaging was careful and the condition of the device is without comment, apart from a few finger marks on the screen. I haven't tried it yet because it's a Christmas present.

The PC was everything I expected it to be, a family computer that doesn't take up much space. I had a bit of a scare after starting it up, it was crawling a lot, but in fact that was just until all the Windows updates were done.

The screen came VERY well packed that surprised me! They sent new VGA cable! It works perfectly! I bought this model because I already have the same one borrowed from the company I work, and I wanted to match!

The tracking of deliveries from Poland is poor, even though it's DHL. The computer does the job. Perhaps you should indicate whether the computer is Windows 11 compatible, as Windows 10 is due to expire at the end of 2025.

The configuration was a bit of a problem, as everything was in German... And some menus, even after switching to French, remain in German. But all in all, I'm satisfied with my purchase!
