Perfect condition, arrived on time, packaging as new. (despite a small keyboard bug which switched from azerty to qwerty in the first few days), but this has been sorted out. I'll have to wait and see, but I'm sticking with reconditioning, impeccable value for money!

Imac in excellent condition, as advertised. Having been a customer for several years, I can say that the service is always as good as advertised. The delivery time is fairly fast, and the product is packaged with care.

Item in very good condition. It's the one I ordered (I read some reviews from the retailer that were not very positive) but for me it went very well the Mac works very well the battery is 100% no latency, just a small bump on the notch opening but nothing serious. It's the first time I've bought a refurbished Mac and I'd recommend it.

Well received on the agreed date, everything corresponds perfectly to the description. Congratulations to the French reconditioner! I say this having had a very bad experience with a foreign reconditioner.

Hello, I'm generally satisfied with this device, very good contact with the seller, the only small "downside" is that the charger - Mac power cable gave up the ghost! Replaced for 11.90 euros, no flowers, no wreath! Best regards and no hard feelings.

The order arrived on time, where I wanted it, while I was out of town, and perfectly packaged. The product was in excellent condition and came with all the necessary accessories. It was an impeccable experience and very reliable, enabling me to find exactly what I wanted within the budget I had set myself. I can highly recommend them!

Great computer, powerful and aesthetically almost perfect. A slight mix-up with the type of keyboard meant I had to send it back to have it changed, but customer service made sure everything went smoothly and everything was quickly rectified.

The product comes in perfect condition. It works very very well. It took a little longer than expected, but the backmarkert team solved the problem very quickly. The only downside is that the keyboard did not activate the Ñ or the @. But that has been solved. Overall the experience has been very good. I will definitely buy again.

Arrived a day early and already had some marks on it. Visually nothing to complain about, apart from two marks from the cuffs on the shell, but this is normal wear and tear. The butterfly keyboard has been replaced, certainly even the trackpad. Zero defects found on the screen, no flickering. We'll have to wait and see about the battery and USB C ports.
