I received the ipad very well packaged! no scratches on the glass. it really looks like a new one. i haven't tried it yet as it's a christmas present for my 14 year old granddaughter. I just hope it works properly. I've already bought a smartphone on this site for myself and I wasn't disappointed, so I recommend reconditioning for this type of device.

I am very happy with my refurbished samsung phone, everything is working fine and it is nice to know that I am making a small contribution to a circular society, BackMarket's service is excellent!

Very good experience with backmarket, a little reluctant at first to buy refurbished given the reviews (very good and much less good) and in fact, no bad surprises. I bought a Samsung A52 s in perfect condition and I received a phone in perfect condition, no scratches nickel battery the phone works perfectly wonder if it is not new ... I may have been lucky with this purchase, but for my part I would recommend Backmarket 😉

Let's just say that despite the fact that I got it excellent, there are two quite obvious scratches (not too big) on the front screen. The battery doesn't last very long, but I know that iPads in general have this problem, so it's fine (a powerbank and I'm good). All in all, the functionality is pretty good, I am satisfied. I would have preferred something more, but being a refurbished product I think it's more than great. I will definitely repurchase :)

The tablet works very well, especially since I bought the original stylus to replace the one that came with it. It only worked for two or three days. The cost of this purchase was €82 including postage. Admittedly, the tablet wasn't overpriced, but adding a Samsung S pen wouldn't have made the bill much higher. Next time I'll be more careful.

I'm super happy with it, it really looks like new. The only bad thing is that it's a normal Apple charging cable like for a mobile phone, which means it takes hours to charge. You would actually need the adapter like for a Macbook.

The entire communication and process were excellent. The product is also okay overall. However, it is annoying that the home button cannot be pressed cleanly, but always hitches a little (also audible).

I picked it up in perfect condition. The rear panel has scratches. A little disappointed with the packaging directly in the brown box with just bubble wrap, knowing that it is for a gift. The product seems to work properly. This is the 3rd time I have ordered from Backmarket so not as happy as the first 2 which were perfect.
