perfect condition and works very well despite having chosen a "correct" model, however the software version is not French which prevents me from accessing certain classic and rather essential applications such as Samsung pay / wallet. So disappointed despite the very good condition of the model.

The phone is in great condition. Honestly I would have been happy with something with a few more scratches or dings. But in this case, apart from a slight little ding on the camera, nothing at all! The phone works perfectly and the battery is in very good condition. Top!

This is the 3rd phone I have bought from Backmarket and it has been perfect, everything has gone smoothly. For the 2nd one there was a charging problem and the phone was exchanged very quickly. What's more, second-hand is more respectful of the planet and the environment.

I am happy. The iPhone was flawless. I hope the battery is in good condition. It tells me that the maximum capacity is 97%. I don't know if this is what I should have expected or if I should have replaced the battery when I bought it. Otherwise, I am very satisfied.

Visually, I don't notice any difference between new and used. The device looks great. Somehow I'm still missing a story about the phone. How old is it, has it ever been repaired or how much power does the battery still have. MfG

Overall, the phone is great. If I had one criticism to make, it would be the battery, which doesn't hold up that well compared to other smartphones I've bought from Back Market. I'm almost hesitating to get my money back and buy another one with a new battery (I'm going to be using it a lot in the coming weeks and months and I'm a bit worried that the battery will be limited)...
