Received very quickly. The computer works perfectly and is super fast. The only complaint is that the pc sticks, probably due to the cleaning product. Apart from this small problem, I'm very happy with this reconditioned PC, which is more than perfect. Well done !!!!!!

Pas d’appel alors que mon numéro était sur la commande et l’adresse était bonne. Appel service client qui dit qu’il n’y a pas de numéros. Grosse déception de CHRONOPOST.

I am quite satisfied with my order, which arrived very quickly and was perfectly protected. The keyboard was not very clean. Apart from that, everything's fine.

I bought this computer in perfect condition, and on the whole it suits me. The only minor niggles are that there is a scuff mark on the computer and the arrows (up, down, left, right) are not smooth to use. However, these details have no impact on my use (for the time being). The computer is rather small, which is practical for everyday use of the product! I'm happy with it because it's functional. What's more, the price is the biggest advantage of this site.

It's great to have a responsive computer with internal memory again! Received faster than expected (2 days in advance) in perfect condition, as described, and so far no problems to report. I'm very pleased

I'm very happy with it. Top performance and battery. Backmarket is the best way to pay less without sacrificing quality. The only problem is that the end of the charger doesn't fit properly.

The delivery was fast, the product arrived well protected and since then we have been using it without any worries. We are delighted with this PC and frankly I don't see the difference between buying a new product and buying a new one. I will gladly come back to your site for a future purchase.

So satisfied with my first purchase (same model) that I bought a second one for my wife. I chose a model in very poor condition and this is what was delivered. Excellent response time and very good battery life. Second purchase that I absolutely do not regret. I will not hesitate to consult the site for a future purchase.
