I went for the Excellent condition. MacBook Air came literally brand new. No dent, no scratch. Everything in perfect working condition. Came in the Apple box, sealed with charger. Delivered in two days. Setup was smooth and battery health at 100%.

What a delightful experience it has been. I have always been very skeptical about buying used products, but given a month's return warranty, I thought I'd give it a try, and every penny was worth it. I got a brilliant MacBook air in 'excellent' condition and it looks and works like brand new. No faults at all. Highly recommended

92% Battery Health for a 4 1/2 year old laptop! Basically brand new, from £1300 -> £500. Back Market was a no brainer, was looking at a new M2, with a year protection costing £1100 but this M1 Pro with 2 year damage protection for £660! Seller is amazing, essentially a brand new laptop and a case will cover all shown scratches.

Very happy with my device, I haven't had any problems with it whatsoever which I'm really happy about. I got the excellent version which definitely shows as I can't see anything wrong with it. no scratches or anything. and the charger works as it should too. I am currently looking at getting a new phone fairly soon and I will definitely be using back market. Thanks!

This MacBook was marked as fair but I only found one mark on it so am very pleased. Also pleased with the very competitive price. I had my last MacBook Pro for ten years so if I keep this one for ten years also will be extremely pleased. I can safely recommend buying from Backmarket.

Really pleased with purchase. Worth paying for very good condition as it is immaculate! Great delivery time, well packaged and no problems at all so far. Worth having the peace of mind of a 12 month guarantee but hopefully won't need it. Thank you Back Market, I would recommend you to anyone.

Overall it’s a great quality Mac. I have been experiencing problems however, with the keyboard glitching. Since it only happens occasionally I’m going to see how it goes before deciding whether to send it back for a repair.

Great worked well. However please note do your research. I had to buy a multitude of cables to get my second screen to work. Both worked on my old iMac. Tried adapters. Didn’t work. VGA to hdmi. Didn’t work. Displayport to hdmi. Didn’t work. Almost at wits end and was about to buy a new monitor when I thought I would try dvi to hdmi. Lo and behold. Worked.
