Camera in perfect condition and as described. For beginners, it takes a little time to get the hang of it, but you soon get used to it and the photos are top quality.

Ordering process very good, camera in order only unfortunately adhesive residue from probably price labels on camera which I had to remove with alcohol.

I received a photo lens that was not what it said it was. It arrived in packaging that was not at all suitable for the product and was not very secure. It arrived broken and dirty. The lens was sticky and very damaged, not at all what was indicated in the advert. After contacting Backmarket's after-sales service, the seller went radio silent. In order to obtain a refund, Backmarket had to set an ultimatum of 24 hours and force a refund, because even with the platform, there was no response. So much for professionalism. A word of advice: don't buy from them.
