The Iphone 11 I received was in perfect condition, the delivery was fast, nothing to complain about. However, I would have liked to have had information about the message on the battery of a refurbished iPhone 11. As I didn't know about it, I thought there was a problem (which is obviously what Apple wanted) and it was only after some research that I understood the trick.

I bought an iPhone 8 Plus in perfect condition and it was delivered to me in perfect condition, even like new. I recommend backmarket with my eyes closed For my next purchase in refurbished, I will return without hesitation on your platform.

Firstly I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Max and it came with a broken camera although it was not visible to the eye, but when I took the photo, they acted quickly and I asked them to fix it and they decided to refund me! I asked for another one in correct mode and they sent it to me with the battery changed although the screen was quite scratched, but the phone works impeccably, but as I say the screen is quite scratched.

The phone arrived very quickly and is in good condition, although the battery dies very quickly and the screen is very scratched, but that's one of the risks of refurbished phones. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase especially for the price.
