Hello, First Samsung smartphone returned for malfunction and refunded. New purchase, Galaxy A52, which so far seems to be working properly except for a problem with the cable and charger. Charging is very slow and a message appears on the screen saying they need changing. Is this possible? All the best.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered a refurbished phone and I'm delighted. The application was quick and straightforward, and I didn't have to deal with the after-sales service, so I wouldn't know.

It's true that the online purchase and delivery were very quick. Good value for money for my tablet. But the version was not mentioned in the description on the site. I think you should add it. Chaotic delivery: the address given was not the one provided (n°25 instead of n°2), the postman said that the neighbour could very well have accepted the parcel and kept it. In addition, the seller mentioned the Chronopost carrier, whereas it was the post office that was used.

Hello, I'm happy with my purchase but a little disappointed with the quality of the phone. Despite the settings I find the colours very saturated, which means the photos aren't great, the battery doesn't last very long and the charger is faulty. I was much more satisfied with my previous purchase. I did a lot of pre-purchase research to choose the phone best suited to my needs, but I'll take it from here! For the backmarket experience I'm still satisfied, fast shipping and I appreciate the colissimo against signature, it's a real plus. Thank you so much. Thank you.

After 3 months of use, I'm very satisfied with this device. A small reservation about the charger and its cable, which are unreliable...I had to use another charger...I couldn't work out whether it was the cable or the charger. Furthermore, it would be nice if BackMarket, to take its logic to its logical conclusion, offered various types of protection with its devices...
