Hello, The delivery was made within the time announced (and corrected). No problems. However, the box arrived dented (photo) and as there was no protection inside (no cardboard, no polystyrene, no stuffing) I think the computer must have taken the shock. Given that this is an expensive machine, reputedly bought in 'exceptional condition', it's pretty appalling. I'm a big fan of refurbished products (I've been a BackMarket customer several times) because of the ecological aspects, but that shouldn't take away from the quality of the service. We're fans of your solution. But at the moment I'm sceptical. The Lonovo we bought crashes regularly (4 times since we got it). Crash = blue screen. When we try to access your help centre we get an error message. I made a print screen but I can't upload it here. It says: error 400, server error
