It's a shame the food processor didn't come with instructions. I had quite a hard time opening the lid and had to buy a recipe book to start using the food processor. Otherwise, I'm slowly getting the hang of it.

On the whole, I am very satisfied with the delivery and the appliance. Only the scales don't work properly and show distorted results. However, this doesn't bother me too much as I only use the integrated scale very rarely.

I was surprised to receive a thermomix in very good condition, like new, which is working very well at the moment. Except for a small leak under the base, perhaps the seal is not the right size.

Very good condition as promised. Virtually no signs of use. Accessories probably even new. Only the blender jug had to be cleaned thoroughly by hand. Blades still seem sharp enough. The latest firmware is also installed.

I have received the thermomix. I bought it for my granddaughter's birthday, tried it once when she arrived and it works very well. It seems to be in very good condition. I'm waiting for her to use it regularly for a definitive opinion. The recipe history has not been erased, and they are in Spanish... how can I erase them to start again from scratch? It was surprising to receive the order without warning or ringing the bell, so to find the parcel a bit by chance, 8 days in advance! But everything's fine, no surprises as far as the product is concerned... for the moment. Good luck!
