I bought a refurbished smartphone for the first time (Iphone 12, 128GB for €325). I had previously been quite critical of the refurbished market, but I gave it a chance because you could return it within 30 days. But I was really pleasantly surprised. The Iphone had no scratches at all ("Excellent" condition), it actually looked like new. Although I didn't choose a new battery, it still has 97% battery capacity (the description says the mobile phones have at least 85%, so I think that's really good). So far (approx. 2 weeks) everything is working perfectly.

I've only had the phone for 1 week, but I'm pleasantly surprised because I feel like I'm using it for the first time, so far no problems and everything works correctly. When I change my mobile I will do it with a 100% reconditioned one.

The phone is impeccable except for two small scratches on the screen, I bought it excellent so I think it should not have come like that. Otherwise everything is fine, it's the third time I've bought a refurbished phone and I'm very happy with the result.

The iPhone 13 Mini arrived in the promised condition. The casing, screen and functionality were flawless. Even though the battery performance was within the specified range (85%), I would have liked to have bought a new battery - but I found the extra cost too ambitious.

The iphone 12 mini is very good, practical, functional and well presented. If I could suggest anything, it would be to include a mini instructions manual for getting started, as some of the functions are not that intuitive!

I bought an iPhone 12 mini via Back Market and am more than satisfied. I opted for a model in excellent condition and the device looks like new. No visible scratches. Shipping was also super fast. Although it came from France, it arrived after just one day. The price for the phone is unbeatable. I am completely satisfied and will definitely buy again.

I was surprised. I had bought the iPhone 13 mini. I already have an iPhone 15 Pro Max, but I bought a second iPhone because of its handiness. I am very satisfied. It was like new and I was able to save a lot of money. I can therefore highly recommend Back Margit. Dieter Roth

I received my iPhone 12, 128Gb in time no problem no scratches on the screen same for the back, supplied with a charging cable does not bug in short everything runs to a detail, the battery is 100% but it barely lasts a day, I don't know if that's normal but I hope it is because I've only had it 4 days and that's the time it takes for the iPhone to download all my files and applications and learn my usage habits.

Delivery was 2 days ahead of schedule. On the good side, the battery is at 96%. In the bad, I asked for a model in perfect condition and there are two chips of paint on the edges of the front that can be seen at 50 cm. I have to buy an Apple Watch series 8 I'm not sure I want to buy a refurbished. Best regards
