The phone is very scratched and has a noticeable dent, I hope at least in the battery. I thought I would get a phone in very good condition, since I had ordered that, but I hope I didn't get it wrong in the order

The phone is perfect, both aesthetically and qualitatively, really good. The only downside is the battery life, which wears out quickly, especially when using the camera for high-quality photos and videos. For average use this may be fine, but it is a shame about the battery, it is a limitation to be considered. I did not choose the option of a new battery, but I would recommend it to people who use the phone intensively, even for work.

Even though it was in "correct" condition, it came in very good condition, with only a few small defects in the corners, but no scratches on the screen or back. The battery wasn't new, but it holds up well, even with intensive use.

Great! And it's a good idea to ask a month later. I'm very happy with my purchase, the phone is impeccable, I knew the model so I'm not lost. The battery obviously doesn't last as long, it gets tired quicker, which is totally normal and was part of the conditions of sale. No unpleasant surprises, I think more easily of BackMarket for my purchases when I don't need something new.

Writing in English, because Back Market is /very/ eager to translate stuff. The process was smooth, and the delivery very fast. The device was pretty much as promised. Some very, *very* minor scratches in a couple of places, nothing that affects the device's functionality, or that I can even see in day to day use.

I was initially sceptical about buying a second-hand iPhone, but I was persuaded. I ordered the best quality level and got a mobile phone that was only 3 months old (you can see this in the settings) for 300 euros less. No scratches and the battery is still at 100% - like new. (Info also from the control panel) I can only recommend every sceptic to test it.

Although the phone I received had a problem with the SIM card connection, the handling of the incident, follow-up, return and refund was excellent. Quick and everything in order, the money was refunded as soon as the phone was received.

The delivery was incredibly fast with DHL Express from Estonia. I ordered "excellent" and received what felt like "new". I don't know where anything on this iPhone is supposed to be used. The iPhone was probably renewed, it only shows 1 charging cycle. Great. I am very satisfied so far.

The iPhone 15 Pro has worked great. It was like new when it came in the box. It had been well kept and little used. The price was also right. Thank you Backmarket!
