dell 14" laptop received very quickly. i ordered it choice in good condition, at unpacking i thought it was new, looking closer there are a few scratches on the surface barely visible without importance. The screen and keyboard are impeccable, the battery is still good and in addition there is a bag. Very happy with my purchase.

Excellent delivery, on time. The pc is practically new, a "poc" on the screen, but which is easily forgotten when it is switched on and does not block the "touch". I love it, it's great, thank you Backmarcket and the venduer. I would come back, once disappointed by a purchase, but here you have made up for it.

It was sold in good condition, a few scratches which is normal. I'm going to keep it but it has a usb port on the left which is damaged. The computer was delivered not really reset (chrome, Firefox present). It was in win10 22h2, upgraded to w11 24h2. Obsolete driver, updated throughout.

Delivery made on time, the computer is in a well-packaged blister pack. I have taken correct condition and frankly it is more than correct. I will have to see how the battery performs over time, but I am satisfied with my purchase. I recommend this seller

The computer is fine, in good condition (you can see it's not new, but that's perfectly acceptable). The size is perfect, as expected. The big negative point is the screen: it is indicated on the technical data sheet that it is touch-sensitive, which is what led me to choose this model, whereas the screen is the most conventional, non-touch-sensitive! This is the disappointment of this computer, which otherwise seems to be perfect for what I expected.

Hello, Delighted as it is in really good physical condition, however I thought that the charger cable would have a connector for an electrical socket, which is still more practical than a USB-C to USB-C cable. What's more, it didn't say that the memory card wasn't included - what a surprise! Why not be more specific in your description, at least we could order everything at once. Now I have to go shopping again and I won't be in time for 21/12. All the best. Thank you.

Hello, I think it would be imperative to tell the seller that they should clearly specify that this machine only has one display port. In my opinion, this would prevent many returns from buyers who already have a standard screen (VGA and/or HDMI). I don't have an opinion on the machine because I don't have a screen to install it on. The fact remains that the price/quality ratio is still 'top' and that perhaps explains why. Best regards, B.Tranier
