The good news is: Great phone as ordered, fast delivery, great price. For the disappointment (I suppose outside Back Market): Received a galaxy z fliP 5 at 600€ almost, in an envelope... itself in a cardboard envelope for transport but not even a neutral box like most refurbished phones... I'm talking about a box for the phone, for Christmas to offer it sucks ... and even more at 5 days of Christmas ...

3rd purchase on Back market! Not very useful for finding manufacturer reviews (very important as you can see how long the manufacturer has been refurbishing and the reviews). Once validated, it's great: fast delivery but in an envelope in this case, wrapped in bubble wrap (a bit tight though). It's a shame there hasn't been a charging pack or earphones for a long time. Impossible to see the state of the battery (which has been changed). So far this iPhone SE 2020 is working very well! I would recommend...

A53 8+256GB Perfect Condition. Opinion after one week of use. :-)) - The 4GB price for a 256GB model is inconsistent and does not inspire confidence. - First order (260€) cancelled, so new order at increased price (290€). - Then no news from UPS during the weekend, because as you should know, lorries in France don't travel on weekends, but it's not mentioned anywhere. + Finally I received it, and I had to look for signs of wear, so I can confirm that it's in perfect condition! - I had to do the updates, 5GB! But in 5G it goes pretty fast. + The comfort of Samsung for installation and data migration from my old A310 from 2016. + Just 1h30 of charging per day. Conclusion: -- A lot of stress at the time of purchase ++ Very satisfied with the condition received ++++ Very satisfied with Samsung and its A53 The refurbished Samsung A3/A5, 2 years after its release, is : + A reasonable price + Satisfactory quality + The assurance of repairability and new or used parts + A promise of 6 years' service, including 3 years' upgrades

Phone received on time and in good condition. However, there was no packaging box as in my previous purchases, the battery was completely empty and the charging cable was not the right one. So I'm a bit disappointed compared to usual.

3 months with this fabulous phone which has arrived to me brand new and flawless and I couldn't be happier. 100% of the original components (analysed with iTools) and it arrived with 94% battery health. Couldn't be better. It works like a charm, it is a spectacular terminal. Very fluid, the games work perfectly, the camera is extraordinary, battery with good autonomy, the screen is a marvel, the sound is fabulous, picks up the sound in the video disproportionately ... It also has no scratches, very well maintained. Thank you very much.

Good, A few days after receiving the Iphone 12 pro that I ordered, I noticed during a phone call that the ear speaker was too low. I couldn't find a way to increase the volume in the settings. I finally tried cleaning the speaker to check if that was the problem and it was, cleaning the speaker solved the problem. I don't understand how a reconditioned phone that was tested to be as if it had just come out of the factory could have come out with this obvious sound deficit without anyone noticing and no one had cleaned it. For the rest I am happy but I do not want to give a better opinion as I was annoyed that I was given a mobile with a dirty speaker and I had to clean it myself (with alcohol and a youtube video because in a shop the cleaning costs 25 euros) for not returning it and being without a mobile for a few days.

Buying the iPhone 12 pro max refurbished, I'm not disappointed so far. This is the third phone I've bought from black marker.

I ordered it and it took about 5 days to arrive. The delivery guy gave it to me without asking for any kind of confirmation, which worries me a lot. I ordered the IPhone 15 excellent. The box was unsealed but the phone was intact. The battery was at 100% with 72 cycles. I've been using it for 2 days and it's working like crazy, very recommendable experience so far.
