I do not have enough distance to give a definitive opinion but following the purchase of a lenvo thinkpad X390 yoga core I7 1.8 SDD 512 GO 8GO in very good condition, the LOKAZ seller sent me the right model, physically in perfect condition with a few micro scratches almost invisible, its performance is quite good not to say excellent to see after a month of use, the reconditioning was done intelligently even if I have little knowledge in the matter, the technician was not obliged to recondition it so well but he did. In conclusion, the LOKAZ technician who touched my computer was great.

This Lenovo for our daughter's studies is in excellent condition, looks like new and has good battery life. Installed Linux Mint on it with no problem. Quiet, light and fast, great buy!

The appliance I received is exactly what I ordered. The exterior is in perfect condition. It works fine on the adapter, but no longer charges the battery. After changing the battery, the problem remains the same. The "contact us" option is incorrectly redirected.

The equipment I received was very clean, delivered quickly and well packaged. The only initial problem was that the battery wouldn't hold a charge. But the after-sales service and the supplier were very responsive and efficient, sending me 2 second-hand batteries without my having to insist. In the end I was reimbursed 60% of the price of the new battery, which I preferred to replace so that I could start again from a clean slate. Frankly, I was very satisfied with the whole service and the seriousness of the follow-up. I would recommend

very good . except for the screen which has a small defect . it makes like a splinter in the middle of the screen . it's not disturbing . The whole is very good.

So far, I'm very satisfied with the product I've received. Everything seems to be perfect. The keyboard and mouse are brand new and the packaging was neat.

When the device is switched on, a task appears in the centre of the screen. It disappears once the computer is switched on, but this was not mentioned.
