The MacBook Pro arrived packaged as if it were brand new. When I unpacked it, it looked and felt like new! The seller "macpassion" is really very serious and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I was thrilled with the service you offer, I received my iMac from France on time, I have to say that "macpassion" did a great job, in fact my iMac is new and for me it was important because the 27" is out of production but my late'19 is up to date in all its functions... congratulations!

The product was perfect, until today when I discovered it damaged. Unfortunately, it's Apple design that's lacking here. These products are deliberately not made to last. So I'm going to have to recommend one.

Overall, the computer is in good condition. As ordered. On the other hand, the system is buggy: slow and inopportune disconnections from the internet, and slowdowns with certain applications. I'm going to have to reinstall the system. And after two months of use, despite its 128 GB, the computer is incredibly slow.

the machine is in perfect condition (it really looks like new!) By the time I'd got my hands on an HDMI->DVI cable to connect an Apple Cinema Display 23" screen, everything was working perfectly: I'm very, very happy.

Super salesman, very fast and efficient. The machine in question is a dream. Brand new in original packaging. In short, perfect.
