The computer is in very good condition, well packaged, delivered quickly, the computer works very no problem for now, however it could have been cleaned, I had to clean myself, even though it is refurbished, cleaning the keyboard and screen are part of the minimum union.

The delivery was very fast and the appliance was very good. However, some accessories were missing (remote control and power cable). The cable should be delivered later, otherwise I received a small refund. Customer service was fast, professional and very helpful. I would rate the purchase as good if the delivery had been complete, even excellent. A good market for used devices is very important to me! Thank you!

The helmet arrived very quickly and was very well protected.
