I received the S21 ultra, well packaged, with a good tracking system. After a few days of testing, nothing abnormal; nothing to complain about, I hope it will continue. This was my first experience of refurbishing: I'm totally satisfied so far.

Everything went super well. It arrived with a low battery, but I charged it to the max and it was fine. Although I have to say that there was one day when the screen locked up, it didn't respond to anything, and I had to look on the internet to turn it off by pressing the buttons. Once it was turned off and on again, everything was normal.

Identical item debited twice even though I never approved the 2nd transaction, so I returned the 2nd item without even opening it and the refund has been on hold for 15 days. I feel like I'm being taken for a ride and it's quite unpleasant.

It comes with some scratches on the back, I would like to report and attach photos, in case it happens to me that it does not go well and I have to return it. Since it already came like this, despite having bought it in excellent condition (which is the maximum).

I am very satisfied. I bought it in excellent condition and it arrived without any defects. No scratches or other signs of use. I was also sent the USB-C charging cable + adapter with it. The delivery was faster than planned.

first time I buy, and will not be the last, recommended by a friend I decided. I have caught Samsung s21 ultra excellent quality, and I must say that I have been very surprised. not a scratch, battery ok, perfect cameras and all the functionality. as I say, will not be the last high-end mobile I bought.
