It's become a habit over the last few years... Almost every two years I have to change my phone. I usually go through back market without hesitation. Delivery is reliable and fast. The phones are in very good condition. The latest iphone 15 is in great condition. I have nothing to complain about.

I received my order very quickly, I had chosen good condition and the phone is impeccable! the health of the battery was 94% when I received it, which is very good for a reconditioned phone. for the moment I'm very satisfied with the product and the service, it remains to be seen how long it will last!

I chose the option of excellent product and with original iphone battery, I was lucky and I got it with a 100% battery health. Delivery was fast and the external condition was immaculate. However, I would have expected the battery to be replaced on a refurbished iPhone, which is not the case with my model. Instead, the battery still has 90% of its capacity, which makes it difficult to work every day from 8am to 5pm without having to constantly remember to keep an eye on a charging point. Too bad

I'm super satisfied, after about 1 month, battery at 86% but in itself this is not a problem for me. A few mini impacts on the corners that are hidden by my shell, so it's perfect for me!

This is a non-European model, as it has a physical dual SIM and not eSIM+SIM as indicated. It's an A2892 model for mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau, according to the Apple website. It took me an hour to work out why I couldn't add an eSim. It works fine and is in good condition, so I'm going to keep it, however I feel there is deception and this alters my confidence in BackMarket.

It was difficult to transfer my old iPhone to the new one, as the compulsory update didn't work. By dint of persistence, I succeeded. After that, the phone works well and is in the condition I ordered.
