I have a message (screen not recognised) in the phone settings, so I think you're putting in parts that are cheap for you and of poor quality for your customers, which is a real shame.

The phone works very well, it's like new with a new battery and screen. The charger is not original. It sometimes heats up and I'll send it back if it continues to do so. The charger isn't great, and it's already falling apart after a month's use ☹️ But it's a very good phone for the moment. We have taken out insurance ... to be continued

The physical condition is impeccable, but the touch of the screen leads me to believe that the glass was replaced earlier, which must not be official Apple. The so-called new battery doesn't hold a charge any longer than the old battery in the iPhone I replaced. What's more, when I went to Apple to find a solution to the problem with my old iPhone, they offered me a phone identical to the model (iPhone 11 red), Apple certified and guaranteed for 1 year for the same price as what you offer as a refurbished phone. Next time I'll go to Apple.

I've just put it into operation on Monday 27 October and everything seems to be perfect! It's still difficult to judge on 1 day ..... you'll understand! Let's wait a bit! I give my opinion on the iPhone XR It's been a week since I got it and frankly it works well but I find that the battery drops a little especially if you use the networks but see over time. I got it in very good condition with a new battery. For people who don't have the means, reconditioning is the invention.
