The item I received was turning itself of and restarting for no reason even when the battery was full. I left it at home to eventually return it and my daughter dropped it and broke the screen so now it's absolutely useless 800 worth of scrap.

Telephone in excellent condition. Very well packaged. I was a little worried when an error message about the battery appeared. I read that this is normal on some refurbished devices. And that the message goes away after 15 days. I still have a few days to go before it disappears. But I was totally reassured when I saw how the battery lasted all day. It was a very good idea to get a refurbished one. I'm really pleased!

Hello, I see that the battery and screen are not recognised by Apple. In the settings, it is indicated as unknown parts. How can I solve this problem? Are the parts reliable? Thank you

Perfect! I took the perfect state and I really have the impression to have bought my brand new Mac, the delivery was carried out in 2 days, it functions perfectly, for a first purchase on Back market I am 100% satisfied and I recommend this salesman to 100%.

The phone is great, but when I received it the camera was not original, nor was the screen, and the battery is at 90%. I don't think it's very honest of you not to use original parts.

I like it and it is in very good condition. The only thing that scared me a little with the message on the camera that says that it is not configured or that it has parts that are not original. For me the camera is very important for the photos. But I see that everything is quite good. So I'm happy with the purchase

Good evening, We are very disappointed with the battery's charge life. I chose this model of phone for my son because I've had one myself since July 2022 and autonomy was the most important criterion, along with the super-fast charging (120W). I therefore bought a second reconditioned one from backmarket with full knowledge of the facts, i.e. without a charger (which is still worth 50 euros) and with a battery capacity that should normally be at least 85% of the initial capacity. That's what I'm doubting (by comparing the operating time of our two XIAOMI 11T pro phones) and I'd like to be able to check it... How can I be sure of the quality of this battery, which obviously doesn't hold up compared to mine, which is already over 18 months old...? Best regards. BROUSSE Simon
