From this feedback, it seems that BackMarket offers an overall very positive buying experience for refurbished products, thanks in particular to the quality of the products, well-executed delivery tracking and commendable responsiveness of customer service. These are undeniable strengths that reinforce consumer confidence in refurbished products. However, the downsides point to areas for improvement. The fact that chargers are delivered incomplete (cable without plug) or that the plugs delivered are of average quality could harm the user experience. This can quickly detract from the overall perception of a quality service. Also, packaging that is considered too light for fragile items is an obvious risk, both in terms of protection and the perception of care given to delivery. My view would be that BackMarket, while keeping its strong points to the fore, should pay more attention to these logistical aspects. An extra effort on the quality of accessories and more robust packaging would make the experience not only positive but virtually irreproachable.

this is a model where i wasn't expecting much given its design but in the end it convinced me. the dual screen adds a lot of value to the phone especially when you want to watch videos or films or even play games. The phone is very qualitative I have nothing to say on it for once Samsung has made a real change that brings something more. I highly recommend it. I've been using this phone for a while now and it's really good value for money.

I am delighted with my new fokd4. It's perfect, beautiful, brand new as if it wasn't refurbished. I love it, when I open it everyone is amazed. My husband, co.o good envy, says his next phone will be one like mine. Not a scratch, the battery lasts 2 days, e. Fin if I want to put some downside is that it weighs, but as I carry it in my bag, ne da igual, and compensates for everything else.

Satisfied with the model. On the other hand, once again, problems with the reconditioning... (my mobile network works with great difficulty, sometimes not at all, whereas I don't have this problem when my Sim card is in another phone). Disappointed with backmarket.fr (too bad the principle is great but the items are often faulty...)

The phone is perfect, I had never tested the refurbished; for now I am very satisfied. The only downside comes from the UPS delivery service, delivery announced on Friday between 1pm and 5pm ... I waited at most until 7pm.... no news or possibility of contacting them to find out more ..!!!! As a result, the phone was delivered to my letterbox without any notice at 7.12pm and found (fortunately) the next morning. I will recommend your site, thank you, sincerely
