good overall apart from the fact that it came without any software, I had to install them myself I'm talking about word, excel and PowerPoint for example but they all end up in English despite all the settings the answer is always it is not possible to choose French as the language

I chose this Lenovo ThinkPad T470 PC because of its quality, endurance and good reputation as a very good quality product. However, this experience - specifically on this purchase - was not good this time on BackMarket. First of all, I received my first PC, which immediately displayed an error message related to the PC's hard drive after I had taken my first steps. So the first PC was sent back to BackMarket for an exchange or repair. After a few days, with all the delivery times of the carriers, I received a second PC. After barely a week's use, I get the same hard drive error message again: (2100: Detection error on Storage Device (Main HDD) Press ESC to continue). As a result, it was sent back to BackMarket for an exchange or repair. So more than a month had passed since I placed my order and paid cash by credit card at BackMarket and I still didn't have a working PC! This time, I contacted the seller directly, and I went to his shop in 77 one Saturday to pick up a new PC myself. I bought it for my 5 year old nephews in February 2023. iPad that has so far held up and worked very well. Very happy with my purchase!

Extremely disappointed that my situation was taken into account. I ordered on 02 September and I will only receive my computer between 25 and 26 September, paying such a high price. 3 weeks waiting and they give you a 5% voucher. I would at least have liked to have been offered express delivery.
