Perfect delivery service right on schedule. The phone is as good as new, in its original packaging, unused and working perfectly. I am delighted with my new Samsung.

very average battery life and above all, the phone's firmware is Korean and not European, so it's impossible to use a credit card to pay with my phone. I had the same problem with another s20 plus that I bought on the back market, so one thing's for sure: the next phone will be bought somewhere else.

Delivery on time. However, even though the phone is in very good condition externally, it heats up a lot more than when I installed my backup. The touchscreen is temperamental, either too sensitive and opens applications that I didn't ask for. Or it just doesn't respond and I have to put it on standby and then unlock it to get it to work. It's annoying in the long run.

It's impossible to send you a personal e-mail, only ready-made answers that don't meet my expectations.
