I received my Mac book pro 13" in excellent condition, in its original box, with an original charger, so I could have thought it was brand new. When I opened it, it lit up exactly like a new Mac book pro, with a "hello" message and instructions on how to set it up. I'm really pleased and satisfied, a big thank you to Back Market and the reconditioner.

My order went very well. However, I want to point out, in relation to the refurbisher (Remarketed) that the shell of the Mac was repainted and was therefore not original and GOLD grade (as stated on the ad). I find this a bit, if not very average! It would be nice to see this kind of thing with the reconditioner ... and then, a little expensive for a decent condition. On the other hand, and for the moment, the Mac works very well and there is nothing to report about the "mechanics".

The iPhone 11 (Excellent condition selected) was delivered very quickly, it looks like new. Battery is at 100% (despite not selecting a new battery). High praise for this! It works perfectly, only the display has been replaced and is shown in the info under unknown component. But I'm happy to accept that for the excellent condition 👍

An iPhone 12 with very little wear and tear on the body, the display and camera have been replaced, so they are brand new. The battery is new and holds two days, which for an iPhone is no small feat. Super satisfied.

It's the first time I've bought a refurbished phone from this website and in general the delivery and speed is very good. The only thing is that I got an Iphone 12 pro max in excellent condition, and the screen came a bit ''hidden'' on the side, I have not returned it because I can't wait to send it, have it repaired and then receive it back as I don't have a replacement mobile. Overall good, but the ''EXCELLENT'' should be 100% verified.

I ordered it after two family members bought their refurbished iPhone from backmarket (iPhone X and 12) and had a very good experience. I received it today, and I'm super happy with it. The delivery took a little longer than expected but backmarket and the seller were very responsive. I ordered it in very good condition and it has arrived with 100% battery health, I was lucky. The speakers work well and the screen is practically flawless, the only thing that stands out is some scratches on the back, which are hardly visible with the case. I'll have to test it for a while but for now, 100% recommendable!

It's really like new, except for the battery, which you can tell from this that it's reconditioned. But at the same time we knew that when we bought it. All in all it's great 🤩

Fast and compliant service. This is my first refurbished purchase and I will not hesitate to buy from backmarket in the future. I would recommend this site.
